Beginning With The End Goal --- Front & Center

Your child will make tremendous progress while at Top Flight Academy, and nothing is more important than supporting and maintaining that progress for the rest of his life. Making the family an integral part of the therapeutic process helps to ensure a successful transition back to a stable home environment. Our individualized approach and transition program can help this process go more smoothly.

The primary objective of Top Flight Academy is to facilitate an enduring, positive relationship between teenage boys and their families. Families are supported and updated with their student’s progress through phone calls and access to on-line records.

Research* suggests that family involvement and aftercare support are critical factors in determining the long-term success of a residential treatment program. At Top Flight Academy, we know this to be true and that is why we have a high, long-term success rate with our students. Each of our families receives the support they need to ensure a successful transition home.
